My name is Valerie Carroll and I am the gift basket designer and creator of customized gift baskets. I love creating beautiful gift baskets for others to enjoy.

I have been creating gift baskets for companies such as Carson Pirie Scott, Bergner's Department Store, JC Penney's, and Giorgio Fragrances as well as a variety of customers and businesses for over 15 years. I love the challenge of creating something unique and original for each individual customer or spicing up a pre-made baskets.

To give is to receive so we have been taught and I love giving beautiful gift baskets. Which is why I chose the gift basket industry and now can do what I enjoy the most, making people smile with a wonderful gift basket.

Paul Fields is my other half in this wonderful world of gift giving. He is our financial adviser and marketing organizer. He has been consulting different companies for over 20 years and is a valuable asset to this company.

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICES

Baskets di Amore, Inc. ships in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Shipping for Gift Baskets are based on each item purchased. Below is an chart of shipping costs and handling by the choice of ground, 3 day air, 2 day air and next day through UPS per item. Freight costs are prepaid and added to the order as a shipping and handling charge.

Alaska and Hawaii ~ Please add 15.50 to the standard ground prices for ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.(Excluding Fruit, and Cookies)

Please add $24.50 to the Next Day air prices for expedited shipping to Alaska & Hawaii. (Excluding Fruit and Cookies)

All APO, FPO, PO Boxes and Canadian shipments ship via the USPS. Cookies are not available for shipping to PO boxes, FPO, APO, or Canadian shipments.

Saturday Delivery ~ Please add 15.50 to the next day air price for Saturday Delivery.

Orders are subject to stock on hand. Backorders will be mailed as soon as possible. Please make sure you have the correct address!

There will be a $12.50 fee for all ground orders and a 15.00 fee for air orders on each incorrect address and this cost will be charged to you if the product is undeliverable.
